A new development attractive to business expansion, the A1 BUSINESS PARK, is taking shape in the village of Žemaitkiemis, Kaunas Region, at kilometre 105 of Highway A1 (the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda highway). When fully developed, the complex will occupy an area of 18.04 hectares, divided into 17 allotments.
