• The building consists of three floors and a basement garage/ storage area.
  
• The monolithic substructure is built in sections.
  
• The outside walls are made of 18 cm silicate blocks; insulated with a 15 cm layer of polystyrene foam.
  
• The façade of the building is coated with structural plaster and decorated with wood inserts.
  
• The roof is made of corrugated iron.
  
• The stairwell walls are plastered and painted; the floor is covered with slate tiles.  There are metal handrails and steel stairwell doors with coded locks.  Natural lighting is achieved through stairwell windows.  There is also electric lighting activated by movement sensors.
  
• The garage in the basement has parking for 17 cars.  There is an automatic garage gate with a silent opening mechanism; electric lighting activated by movement sensors; and a mechanical forced-air ventilation system.
  
• The storage rooms have doors and plaster walls and vary in area from 5 m² to 8 m².

• The front doors of the apartments are reinforced and fireproof; the inside doors are not provided.
  
• The floor is insulated with polystyrene foam.
  
• Internal dividing walls are plastered, constructed of 12 cm ceramic bricks.
  
• Ceilings are made of concrete panels, except for the mansard areas, where they are constructed of plasterboard and follow the slope of the roof.
  
• The windows and balcony door have 5-chamber frames; inside windowsills are not fitted.
  
• Terraces: metal handrails; floor made of slate tiles.
  
• Each apartment has its own independent heating system with a gas-powered hot water heater and steel radiators with thermostats.
  
• The apartment building has centralised cold water supply and sewage systems connected to the municipal mains; water supply and waste water pipes are connected to the bathroom, toilet and kitchen; a water supply meter is installed in the kitchen.
  
• Each apartment has an electricity inlet with a meter and power switchboard; there are separate electricity accounts for the parking garage and stairwells.
  
• On every floor in the stairwell there is a control box for TV, telephone and internet connections to the individual apartments.
  
• There is natural ventilation in each apartment: one ventilation shaft in the bathroom, two in the kitchen (one plain and one with a stainless steel insert) and one in the living room for a fireplace, with a stainless steel insert.
